IT Services provides a single point of contact for the technology needs of Mountwest students, faculty, and staff. The IT HelpDesk provides phone, email and walk-in support for a variety of technology services. The IT HelpDesk does not support personal or home computers of faculty or staff.

• Logging into Blackboard

• Logging into the Blackboard App Using Zoom in Blackboard (to find Live Remote classes and recordings)

• Using Blackboard (submitting assignments, etc.)

• Using ConnectYard

• Using Proctortrack (if required by a class)

• Can be available via Zoom by appointment to help troubleshoot technical difficulties via screen sharing and remote access. Email to set up an appointment.

Mountwest Student Laptop Program

The Mountwest Student Laptop Program applications are available now. Verification of eligibility will begin before the semester begins and students will be contacted to schedule a pickup time. 

Students will receive a copy of the Mobile Computing Device Program guidelines and sign a Mobile Computing Device Program Agreement.
