You can register for classes by making an appointment with your advisor (listed below by program) or by emailing email@example.com .
During open registration, your advisor will reach out to you using your MCTC email address in order to arrange a meeting. You can choose your preference of meeting type; phone, Zoom, or email. Your advisor will make sure you are on track to complete the degree you are seeking and will confirm when you are registered. The advisor can also assist you in completing a SAP appeal or degree audit, if needed, or other things such as D/F repeats forms.
Registration for Spring 2024 begins on October 25th!

November 13th: Registration for new, readmitted, and returning students begins
If you have not already decided on courses for the upcoming terms, you can look at your DegreeWorks to prepare for your meeting. To get to DegreeWorks, log into your MyMCTC account from the home page, go to Student Services & Financial Aid and click on MyDegree. You can also look at days and times available for classes on our webpage, under Our Courses. If you have trouble accessing these, please let your advisor know.

Making sure that your tuition and fees are covered after your registration is very important. Make sure to follow up with a financial aid representative at 304-710-3370 or OFA@mctc.edu. Confirmation of the receipt of your FAFSA by the federal government does not guarantee financial aid at Mountwest CTC, and additional information may be needed.
