Get up and get some exercise for a great cause! Mountwest Pink Out is hosting a virtual walk/run on Monday, January 25th – All day long. Recommended guidelines listed below: 

• Weather permitting – starting at Noon, the MCTC Campus will have a designated area for this event.  
• Run, walk or jog 1 mile (or more) at your own pace, at any location, indoor or outdoor.
• Download and print our PinkOut logo (encouraged but not mandatory), post a picture to #MCTCPINKOUT
• Wear pink!
• Share your progress with us at #MCTCPINKOUT
