The Office of Business Services is responsible for the acquisition of all goods and services that enhance and support the educational mission of the College while in compliance with State Code and College Governance purchasing regulations. The Office provides assistance to each College department with the procurement process to ensure that quality goods and/or services are procured from appropriate resources at the lowest possible cost.
The procurement process includes but is not limited to the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) and the bidding and solicitation thereof, requisitioning for goods and/or services, vendor registrations and fixed asset inventory.

Learning Commons |
The Mountwest Community and Technical College, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Interior Renovations for the New Digital Learning Commons according to Bidding Documents prepared by ZMM, Inc. Architects and Engineers. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Owner, One Mountwest Way, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 until 1:00 p.m., local time, on May 9, 2024 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, on April 24, 2024 at the Mountwest Community and Technical College, One Mountwest Way, Huntington, West Virginia 25701. Attendance at pre-bid conference is mandatory for prime contract bidders only. |
