Entrance Counseling

• ALL first-time federal student loan borrowers are REQUIRED TO COMPLETE entrance interview counseling online. Your student loans will not be paid to you until you have completed an entrance interview. Student loan borrowers must be enrolled at least half time (six semester hours) to qualify for student loans. All first-time freshman student loan borrowers are subject to a federally-mandated thirty day disbursement delay.

• FAILURE TO COMPLETE ENTRANCE INTERVIEW COUNSELING ONLINE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ALL STUDENT LOANS.

Exit Counseling

• All federal student loan borrowers are REQUIRED TO COMPLETE exit interview counseling before graduation.
