Mountwest Orientation Program

 

The Mountwest Orientation program welcomes new students and helps provide a seamless

transition into college life. During this informative program you will receive an introduction to student services and learn more about starting your college career. By attending Mountwest Orientation you will:

 

• Meet with an Academic Advisor

• Register for classes

• Obtain your Mountwest ID

• Participate in a campus tour

• And much more!

 

Once you are admitted, you will receive an Orientation invitation. All newly admitted students must attend the half day Orientation Program. After you receive the invitation, please complete the registration portion and return it to Mountwest Community & Technical College. Once we receive your registration, we will send you a postcard confirming your Orientation date and time.

 

2010 Orientation dates are as follows:

 

Each one of the half day programs listed below is by invitation only. Due to seating capacity, you must be pre-registered to attend.

 

June 14, 15, 16, 17, 18          1 pm

June 17                                     6 pm

July 12, 13, 14, 15, 16            1 pm

July 15                                       6 pm

August 9, 10, 11, 12, 13         1 pm

August 12                                 6 pm

 

*Please note that the Academic Advising Center will not see any student other than the Orientation attendees during the Orientation dates listed above from approximately 1pm-3pm.
