The transcript is the official student record while enrolled at the college. All financial obligations to the college must be met before transcripts are released. Students can obtain unofficial transcripts by logging into their myMCTC account.
For enrollment verification, such as needing to provide verification of degree for government or private agencies, Mountwest Community & Technical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verifications for currently enrolled and former Mountwest (and “MCTC”) students. Verifications can be requested online on the National Student Clearinghouse Web site, or by mail to:

Transcript ordering is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse, a nonprofit organization serving the higher education community for more than 21 years.
Come to the Student Services One-Stop, Room 101, to complete an Official Transcript Request Form and pay the transcript fee at the Cashier’s Office. Transcripts are $8.00 per copy and will be processed in 1-3 business days.
