Financial need is a roadblock that hinders many students from obtaining a degree and increasing their earning potential. More than 60 percent of Mountwest students depend on financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants or loans.

Scholarships through the Mountwest Foundation ensure that students can continue pursuing their degree despite financial difficulties and help reduce student loan debt. Private scholarships are also an excellent way to recognize students for achievement in the classroom and community leadership, while making it possible for students to achieve their academic goals.
