Mountwest Community & Technical College has offered high-quality degree programs, employee training and community education for nearly four decades. With a new name, new identity and new campus under construction, Mountwest embarks on a new chapter with one goal—to be a regional leader in learning-centered and future-focused education.

Our fundraising priorities are consistent with this goal. Successful fundraising efforts will ensure that Mountwest students receive the most relevant instruction for today’s competitive job market and that the needs of local employers are met.

Mountwest seeks funding in these key areas:

STUDENTS & high quality learning - With a diverse student population and record enrollment, funding for scholarships and academic program support has never been more critical to the success of Mountwest and its students.

NEW CAMPUS & facilities - For the first time in its history, Mountwest will be housed on its own campus. Plans are underway to create a high-tech academic complex for teaching and hands-on learning and make our programs accessible to the Mountwest community.

The future of Mountwest depends on community support and generosity. Making an annual gift of any size to the Mountwest Foundation can be designated to support a specific program or remain unrestricted to meet the most critical needs of the College.
