International Committee

 

Purpose:

The committee will review and recommend policies regarding globalization at MCTC.

  

Functions:

  To develop plans that internationalize programs and cause MCTC to be more global.

  To recommend strategies to improve student and faculty awareness of globalization issues and multiculturalism.

  To continue to work with existing professional development programs to incorporate the many facets of globalization into MCTC and the communities it serves.

  To review, approve in committee, and forward appropriate recommendations to the Faculty Council.

 

 

Membership:

Faculty will be elected from each of the MCTC divisions and will serve two-year terms as voting members. These positions will be filled from the respective academic divisions:

  Allied Health and Life Sciences: one representative appointed every odd year and one every even year

  Business and Information Technology: one representative appointed every odd year and one every even year.

  Liberal Arts and Human Services: one representative appointed every odd year and one every even year.
