Huntington, W.Va. - Enterprise Holdings Foundation recently presented a $1,500 donation to the Mountwest Foundation for student scholarships.
The grant will provide much-needed financial support for current and former military service members enrolled in an associate degree program at Mountwest Community & Technical College. It will fund three student scholarships of $500 to be awarded this fall.
“Our veterans and current service members have sacrificed so much for our country. As many look to earn their degree from Mountwest, this corporate scholarship will make that journey possible, while honoring their sacrifice,” said Sheanna Spence, Mountwest director of development. “We are so grateful to have Enterprise Holdings Foundation as a community partner.”
