Huntington, W.Va. - Mountwest Community & Technical College will be offering several non-credit courses for spring. These courses include Beginning Photography, Advanced Photography, Watch and Clock Repair, and Professional Medical Coding.

Watch & Clock Repair
This class is intended for anyone interested in developing the skills needed for the repair and restoration of timepieces. Learn how to identify and evaluate the condition of clocks and watches while gaining hands-on experience in actual repair work. Bring and work on your own projects with individualized instruction.

Professional Medical Coding
This class is for the student who would like to become a Certified Medical Coder. We will touch briefly on medical terminology and basic anatomy but the bulk of the course is ICD-9 and CPT coding rules for each organ system. This class will teach the fundamentals of medical coding and prepare the student to sit for the Certified Professional Coding (CPC) national examination.
