• Any Department or individual that would like to make a request to receive an item from Surplus must complete the Surplus Property Transfer Request Form. Scan the completed document and email the electronic document to firstname.lastname@example.org. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5PM on Tuesday, May 2nd.
• All Requests will be assessed by the Surplus Property Request Review Team. If multiple requests are received for a single item, the review team will identify the request that most clearly established the greatest need for and/or best use of the surplus property.
The Surplus Inventory Catalog is available for review online.
Due to the large amount of surplus, we will not be displaying the items publicly during the surplus property transfer event. However, we will do our best to accommodate scheduled viewing access for those interested in specific office furniture such as desks and bookcases. Please contact Teresa Blankenship if you are interested in making an appointment.
