The Physical Plant team at Mountwest works hard to maintain and ensure the smooth operations of everyone within the college community. The following will help guide you through some of the services that are provided by our Physical Plant Department.

Custodial Services

The custodial services personnel at Mountwest work hard and believe in a clean campus that helps promote a safe learning environment and a positive perception of our college. Without their daily determination, the beauty of our lovely campus surroundings would quickly diminish. You can assist our custodial staff in their endeavor to keep our campus clean by informing those in custodial services of any area that may require attention. Mail Services

The Mail Services staff is dedicated to providing accurate and timely delivery of internal and external mail.

Maintenance Services & Repairs

In addition to routine maintenance and special projects, requesting service from the Physical Plant Department is as easy as picking up the phone, sending an e-mail or initiating a support ticket below.

Please remember that all door key requests must have a signed Key Control Form submitted with the request.

Surplus Property Transfers

A Surplus Inventory Catalog will be maintained for each item received into surplus inventory. This catalog will indicate date of pickup, department, Inventory/asset tag numbers, description, and disposition status.  It will include pictures of surplus property, if applicable.  Surplus items will be offered, for department transfer, to the College at large on a regularly scheduled cycle.  Additional information is available on the Surplus Property page.
